Hello Everyone,

I want to thank you for your continued prayers. It seems I am recovering nicely from my illness. Currently I am in Germany with my son Wayne.

Germany!

Many months ago I was asked by our YWAM Director Jan Schlegel of Herrnhut, Germany (Home of the Moravien Movement, a radical group of Christians that thrust themselves into the world for the cause of fulfilling the Great Commission in the 1700’s). Currently YWAM Director Jan is daring to believe that the time is now for Germany to step up into her destiny by sending Missionaries once more.

Mission Live Conference!

Jan invited me to come and speak at a Mission Live Conference to share the wonders God has been doing in Haiti. He felt God desired to provoke and stir up the call on Germans once more to go to the ends of the earth.

The event was being held in Reichenbach, East Germany, inside a old warehouse with rustic floors and wooden beams. This old factory has been purchased by a local church and now they are using it to reach people for Christ and to host events like Mission Live.

It was a powerful time from the start! As a result I felt like a race horse being held back in the stall waiting for the bell to ring and the gate to open. This past Sunday the bell rung and I hit the stage ready for God to touch even more people in a deeper way.

I shared about the time when I and Lubens were thrown in the Saint Marc prison. I then spoke of the greatness of God through that time. I closed with a challenge to the people to allow God to go deeper in there lives. The response was awesome! 2/3rds of the people came forward to the challenge. The front was full and the lines of people went to the very back seats. God did some deep healing and working.

Trumpet Tour!

The Mission Live conference was the launching pad for a tour throughout Germany. This tour has been appropriately named the “Trumpet Tour”. I am now on a bus traveling to Tuebingen, West Germany and tomorrow I will be in yet another city and then another each night until we circle back to Berlin. This tour will last several weeks. Wayne and I are so enjoying the travel with the 46 other YWAMers that represent eight different nations.

Germany is responding with action to the challenge for World Missions!

We also are trusting God for $31,250 USD to begin a new work from YWAM Germany to Calcutta, India. Already we have received in offerings $26,250 USD!

God is beginning to release Haitian YWAMers to Africa!

While we are traveling God is releasing Haitians to go as well! YWAM Director Lubens Romulus of our center in Jacmel, Haiti, has just sent word that they too have had a break through. They have been asking God to release them to travel to Benin, Africa. This nation is believed to be where the majority of the slaves, in the 1700’s were., were brought from.  Voodoo has a strong influence there as well.

Lubens just reported that they have received visas from Benin allowing them to come. This is no esay task that has been accomplished. They now need a visa to pass through France and $10,000 USD to pay for all their travel and expences for their team of eight!

God is bringing such release in these days and surely it is because of some many that are daring to pray in faith for such things. Thank you intercessors and financial contributors!
