Dear Friends,

The Evangelistic Gathering ended Sunday. It was a God inspiring time! Yet, it was impossible to control how many may have received Christ, rededicated their lives, or received physical healing to their bodies due to the large turn out in numbers. However, we know that our city was affected by the event which was broadcast on television and radio live nightly. The spiritual moral is up, and there seems to be a different “air” in the city. Yesterday a group of volunteer youth from the city joined to clean a major road in St. Marc. We pray the result of the event will be ongoing and lasting. Our next gathering is already scheduled for December.

The last night, Sunday, we had record attendance. There is no way to say how many people came for sure, but the crowd was massive, even flowed outside our two main gates and up the streets. I repeat, never have we seen such a gathering!

What was even more incredible was the giving. Many were unable to get their offering to the front, there simply was no room to pass, but many did. Our final total for all offerings received during the event was $5009.00 USD! This goes to show, if all give a little, much can be accomplished. These funds will go to three projects in the city: Restoration of the City Park, City Cleaning, and The Building of a new City Entrance in the north. So now we are at work with a variety of projects!

I would like to invite you to join in this new momentum God has birthed. Your prayers and contributions are needed. We desired to raise funds separate from the offering to cover the cost of the event, which was $3500.00USD. To date we are still $2,300.00USD short of accomplishing this goal.
