Hurricane Emily misses Haiti

I would like to thank everyone for your prayers for Haiti as Hurricane Emily approached. It appears it stalled off the south coast of Dominican Republic and Haiti. Then it simply dissolved and reformulated once it passed Haiti near Cuba.

Yesterday DTS class in Port-au-Prince went as scheduled as we closed our session in spiritual warfare training around noon. The high winds only cooled down the normally hot classroom.

Still no significant rains this morning but a lot of much desired cloud cover giving us all some needed relief from this years intense sun. I did receive a call from the lower fifth section of St. Marc, they are prone to flooding, saying thePetite Rivière had topped her banks and was flooding the lower area heavily. It seemed that there was no loss of life or injury.

Praise be to God!
