DTS is a Discipleship program. It begins with three months of lecture and practical training by experienced missionaries around the globe. During this time, students learn groundbreaking lessons on prayer, reconciliation, and developing your relationship with God. Knowing God is the focus! Students are always challenged by staff to live what they are taught, and not just know about it.

DTS ends with a two-month outreach to locations such as Guadeloupe, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and areas in Haiti. Students work as a team with staff to learn and develop ways to communicate God to this generation. The things taught in the lecture phase are proven during outreach. Students are challenged to reach out to different cultures and become a part of reaching this generation with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
